Our Leadership Team

From as young as eight years old, Pastor Dom knew he was called to make a difference. Whether leading worship, teaching Sunday school, or sharing the gospel boldly with classmates in boarding school, his passion for Jesus was evident—even when it meant standing firm in the face of criticism. By his teenage years, Pastor Dom had embraced leadership roles within his school's scripture union, proving that faith knows no boundaries—not age, not environment, and certainly not peer pressure. In 1997, Pastor Dom's journey took a pivotal turn when he was mentored by Pastor Ransford Obeng, the renowned leader of Calvary Charismatic Centre in Kumasi, Ghana. Under his guidance, Pastor Dom honed his gifts, from singing in the choir to planting church branches and bringing hope to high school students through evangelism. These early experiences built the foundation of his ministry—a ministry rooted in authentic faith, resilience, and action.

Baff is Pharmacist by profession, considers himself Just a sinner saved by grace and walking the long obedience to Christ and by His grace help draw people to Him. His passion is to labor to understand and rightly divide the truth of the word of God and adequately apply it to his life and to share his understanding through teaching to bring people the same reality of knowing the transformative power of the word of God.

Lady T stands as a pillar of strength and grace, co-leading Dream Nation with a heart for community and transformation. Her ability to connect with people on a personal level makes her a source of inspiration and guidance for many, especially women and young adults navigating life's challenges.

Kris was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. He currently resides in Brampton, Canada with his lovely wife and Son. With a heart of excellence, Kris always handles our Church events with an exceptional level of passion as he believes that anything offered unto God should be our best. It's easy to say who you are, but without a deliberate effort to exhibit it, no one will know. Kris ensures that the experience of our LEGG culture is felt by our guests and members at every Church event.

Erica is a registered nurse by profession for over 30 years and serves as treasurer of our Church. She has a great passion in the area of missions and makes every effort to present Jesus Christ through such opportunities.

Michelle was born in Grenada and migrated to Canada at an early age. She resides in Toronto with her Husband and family. Michelle handles and coordinates our community outreach program. She also serves as a member of the Praise and Worship Team. She believes that community outreach is an essential part if our church's LEGG culture as we are to be "Salt and Light" to the community we serve.

Bob was born and raised in Kenya and lived in Atlanta before moving to Toronto. In 2011, someone invited him to Dream Nation while he was living in a shelter and the rest is history. He is a fantastic Kingdom builder any organization and leader could ask for. His passion is to see every facet of God's assignment over the Church manifest. His love for the community is incredible, especially the homeless and less fortunate as he has experienced both worlds at some point in his life. He is continually loving God's people and looking for opportunities for our Church Family to be a blessing.

Lucio and Claudia are Brazilian. They met in church and started playing together in a gospel band deeply involved with evangelism performing in schools, theatres, other churches and city's gospel events. Later, they became professional musicians performing in social events, restaurants and pubs. They are married since 1985 and they have two beautiful daughters, one son-in-law and one handsome grandson. They are both pleased to share the responsability of being God's tools serving as worship musicians and practicing living out the Kingdom of God through their marriage, relationships, and daily lives.
