By accessing and using the Dream Nation Christian Center mobile application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Dream Nation Christian Center provides a digital platform for church members and visitors to:
- Access spiritual content and devotionals
- Make donations and manage giving
- Register for events and services
- Join small groups and ministries
- Submit prayer requests and testimonials
- Connect with the church community
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service
5. Donations
Payment Processing
All donations are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information.
Donation Policy
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Receipts
Tax receipts will be provided for donations and issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
6. Content
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (prayer requests, testimonials, comments). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service.
Church Content
All sermons, devotionals, and church materials are owned by Dream Nation Christian Center and protected by copyright.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dream Nation Christian Center and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Nation Christian Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Nation Christian Center from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
