What is the Daniel Fast?

The Daniel Fast is a spiritual discipline based on the fasting experiences of the prophet Daniel in the Bible (Daniel 1:8-14, 10:2-3). During this 21-day journey, you will fast through breakfast and lunch, breaking your fast only in the evening with fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains.

This is a time to focus on prayer, reading God's Word, and seeking His will for your life as we embrace the Year of Divine Alignment. The physical discipline of fasting draws us closer to God spiritually.

21-Day Evening Meals

Break your fast each evening with these nourishing meals featuring fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains

Evening Meal (Breaking the Fast)

Fresh fruit platter with apples, berries, and bananas. Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts). Roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.

💡 Fasting Guidelines: Fast through breakfast and lunch. Drink water as needed throughout the day. Break your fast only in the evening with fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains. Remember, this is a spiritual journey - spend time in prayer and reflection as you fast.
